Subscribe to the bitmessage address BM-BbgTgGa6LX3yYqwJSwdwrzysvfWjM2u6 for exchange updates and information. Messages can be sent to that address for support.

Apparently, there's one address for the entire operation.

Someone has set up an image board:

Code: [Select]
BM-BbbuVnYuaSY6yjyhfQm5KVrJLqjiyetB
Subscribe to (and share) base64-encoded images (convenient online encoding/decoding, from/to binaries supported). Don't forget putting the file name and extensions as the subject if you send images.

Also, here is a little JSFiddle that can transform the encoded text into a viewable image using JavaScript in the browser: http://jsfiddle.net/RKNUM/ (by BHSPitMonkey?)

It could be easily extended to handle HTML5 audio and video formats.

Hey,
this seems like a pretty fine idea. But unfortunately at a nigher amount of pictures no one wants to decrypt them each by each by hand.
If someone can write a simple implementation of the en- and decrypting feature it would be much more interesting.

Timer Service: BM-BcbRqcFFSQUUmXFKsPJgVQPSiFA3Xash

This Address will broadcast the current UTC time (actually the UTC Time the Message was created) every 5 minutes and is ideal to test the Network.
I'll install it on my server this evening so it runs constantly

Any reason you have it sending every 5 minutes? That is an additional 288 messages that every client has to process every day. Could you knock it down to once every 10 minutes?

It is already at 10 minutes. shortly after I posted the message I uploaded the scripts to my home server. As he is not as powerful as my main computer and with the 5 Minutes Delay was calculating message after mesage.
If 288 Messages a day are  too heavy something went terribly wrong.

Indeed. Even 288000 messages a day should be no problem for the network and clients.

The only limitation is the processing power and the bandwith. According to the creator the network generates new streams once one becomes too full so the problem should solve itself.
